High Peak Trampolining & Rebound Therapy Club
The club offer weekly trampolining coaching sessions of 1.5 hours on Monday or Friday evenings. All gymnasts will have the opportunity to learn the basic shapes, seat drops, front and back landings and progress through routines, twisting and rotation moves throughout their time at the club. The club runs a range of social events for gymnasts to meet other people and make friends for life. Please read our information for new members section prior to enquiring.

Loud & Proud Cheerleading
Recreational cheerleading sessions & competitive teams and squads
Weekly sessions with the opportunity to learn rolls, handstands, walkovers and progressions up to somersaults and flicks. Provided by Loud & Proud Cheerleading with structured sessions.
Monthly sessions (take place at weekends) for 8-16 years
Freestyle Gymnastics combines elements of floor gymnastics/tricking with martial arts. It includes jumps, rolls, kicks and vaulting all with a creative style using the range of equipment at BACE.
These sessions take place monthly and are suitable for beginners or participants who have a range of experience in this discipline.
