Rebound Therapy is the use of a trampoline to provide therapeutic exercise for people with disabilities and additional needs. The sessions are delivered by qualified Rebound Therapy Instructors trained by Rebound Therapy Institute founded in 1972 in the United Kingdom. There is a natural link between Rebound Therapy and Trampolining. At BACE we have coaches who are qualified in both disciplines so our main focus is on each individual getting the most of their time on the trampoline and having fun. We provide structured skills, fun games, gentle therapy and develop communication through movement. Every gymnast is different and we adopt our coaching to each individual.

Most of our Rebound Therapy sessions are run on a 1:1 basis. However, if you have a small group of children, young people or adults that would benefit from taking part as a group we will try and accommodate you if availability allows.

We have been running Rebound Therapy in Glossop for many years but we moved to a dedicated venue in 2016 which means we have more flexibility over session times so please contact us, come and visit us and we can chat about setting up a session for you or the person you are enquiring about.

At this stage we feel it is important to highlight that due to medical reasons a small number of people will not be able to access the trampoline/rebound sessions if they have the following medical conditions. This is in accordance with Rebound Therapy Institute. If this applies to you, you may also be interested in our other disability sport sessions. Please have a look through our website and/or contact us and we would be happy to talk through you/your childs interests.
