BACE COMMITTEE STRUCTURE

We are looking to develop a BACE committee which will help the building develop and grow over the next few months and years. There are several strands to the committee which are highlighted below:

• Fundraising & Events Committee
• Reception Duties
• General Maintenance Team
• BACE Leadership Academy for young leaders 11-20+ years

Do you know anyone who may be interested in any of these committees to offer time, energy and skills they can share with us at BACE.

Fundraising & Events Committee

We are developing a number of projects that require funding eg: Additional equipment similar to the Incline Wedge that would be used across tumbling, trampolining, cheer, early years, BACE Camp & birthday parties. We have several other projects in mind.

Reception Duties

We are looking for adults who may want to volunteer on our reception between 12-3pm Mon-Fri. This would involve greeting customers, answering the phone, taking monies and basic admin tasks. This may suit parents, grandparents, aunties, friends, neighbours etc. who may want to share their afternoons with us in a friendly sociable environment.

General Maintenance Team

There is always something to do at BACE from cleaning tasks to basic DIY. If you know someone who would like to help us make improvements to the building, they could join the maintenance team and become involved in our team days.

BACE Leadership Academy

This has over 30 members who are involved in coaching, leading, reception duties and customer service. All members receive regular training and log their hours to support any employment or education based application. We have a Senior and Junior Leadership Academy
