BACE Leadership Academy offers a training & volunteering programme to suit a variety of interests and skills/ages (11 - 25 yrs). Each leader has their own specific role within BACE. The staff at BACE support each leader through their leadership journey through mentoring, training and volunteering opportunities.

Our Leadership Academies are inclusive and offer leadership opportunities to all of our members who would like to be involved.
We run a leadership recruitment window at the beginning of each season.
The next recruitment window will be September 2021. Please ensure you register your interest with us so we can ensure you receive appropriate information and registration forms.
Please note: Due to the bespoke programmes we offer at BACE we only offer leadership places to participating club members (Loud and Proud, High Peak Trampolining, Abigail Paige Martial Arts)
