There is also the opportunity to learn some basic self-defence skills against common attacks and grabs. The sessions can be tailored to an individuals needs and focus on any particular aspect they wish to learn/improve.
Martial arts can help improve fitness, co-ordination, balance, flexibility, confidence and much more. The sessions are run by an instructor with over 16 years experience in a variety of martial arts disciplines including kickboxing karate and jujitsu and who has more than 10 years of coaching experience.
Sessions are held in our private dojo space within BACE that holds a wide variety of specialised martial arts equipment.
These sessions are suitable for anyone from 4 years old to adult, from complete beginners to those with some martial arts background.
The sessions are also suitable for people with additional needs- please just contact us via the Abigail Paige Coaching Services Facebook page to discuss this with the instructor.

APCS is extremely excited to now be able to offer all members aged 6+ the opportunity to move through a coloured belt grading system if they desire. With links to a local karate club (Hansei Wadokai) and a specially adapted inclusive syllabus, it gives everyone the option to grade.
The sessions can run between 15 and 60 minutes long either as regular or irregular sessions. Costs will vary but as a guide it is £36 monthly for a weekly 15 minute session.
